There comes a time when we hear a certain call
When the world must come together as one
There are people dying
and its time to lend a hand to life
There greatest gift of all
We cant go on pretending day by day
That someone, somewhere will soon make a change
We are all a part of Gods great big family
And the truth, you know,
Love is all we need
We are the world, we are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So lets start giving
There's a choice we're making
We're saving our own lives
its true we'll make a better day
Just you and me
Send them your heart so they'll know that someone cares
And their lives will be stronger and free
As God has shown us by turning stones to bread
So we all must lend a helping hand
We are the world, we are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So lets start giving
There's a choice we're making
We're saving our own lives
its true we'll make a better day
Just you and me
When you're down and out, there seems no hope at all
But if you just believe there's no way we can fall
Let us realize that a change can only come
When we stand together as one
We are the world, we are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So lets start giving
There's a choice we're making
We're saving our own lives
its true we'll make a better day
Just you and me

Teach Them to Care seeks to ignite ground-breaking passion
for achieving the reachable, breathing belief back into communities and
practical dreams of yesteryear; inspiring and assisting those that we serve to
become motivated self-sufficient, zealous participants in their journeys — in
both a brighter today and beyond’. 'Breaking the Cycle'
Donations to Teach Them to Care are being put to work in the development and
launch of our first charitable nonprofit program for less advantaged families
and children mentioned above - 'Breaking the Cycle'.

'Teach
Them to Care' is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization
founded for the purpose of serving the underprivileged and enhancing
opportunities available to low income families and children who have access
to significantly fewer advantages in life due to economic barriers as well
as those individuals that experience hardship due to a disability.
Teach Them to Care is interviewing for Board of
Directors that live in Nashville, Tennessee or its immediate surrounding
areas. Teach Them to Care Directors are
individuals who are passionate in their commitment to serving others. If you
think that you may be interested in serving on a Board that shares your
passion, one that is truly devoted to making a difference and creating
communities where all children and their families are provided with equal
opportunity to thrive, please see
'What you need to know about our Board of Directors'
before responding.

TTTC researches & develops programs to meet the physical, emotional, educational & medical needs of disadvantaged Children & Their Families... Transforming the World & Society: Creating Communities Where ALL Children Are Valued & Thrive.
Our Position on Children at TTTC: That every child, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, orientation, nationality, disability, or ability should have someone who CARES as well as Be Taught By Someone To CARE.
We aspire to focus on charitable programs that not only address the big things that society needs but also the little things, the simple things, that say "We Care" about others and what small thing one might need to have a better day(s).
We provide help to underprivileged children and their families, lending a hand and lending encouragement to their caregivers. In an effort to Teach Them that Someone Really Does Care so that they will in turn Care More About Others and their plights. We believe that it you apply empathy in
their lives they will learn in turn learn empathy.
The often-used saying that "Charity begins at home" holds great truth, however; if we want better communities for our children to grow up in, then we must as a community and society teach our children also to care about community issues and involvement.

Who I'd like to meet: Hmm... we'd like to meet an uncommon group of Quality people who value the gift of life. People who laugh and love and enjoy life to the fullest. People who like us that are striving to live a life of integrity, while accepting God's grace and unfailing love along the way. People who know when to say "lighten up!" and when to provide a "soft place to land"... People who "truly" want to make a difference in their small or big corner of their world... Last but Not Least People who would like to team-up and volunteer with us in the adventure of helping with "TEACH THEM TO CARE"...
Women, Men, Children, Teenagers and Families from every walk of life. People who take a practical caring hands-on approach to volunteering for researching, evaluating, developing and disseminating vacant charitable programs that foster ethical, social, cultural, and charitable sensitivity in their community. People who enjoy the social aspect of volunteering and building a stronger sense of community by teaching others about caring for our fellow man and his plights while embracing each others’ differences.
Dear friend, I cannot thank you enough for your kind support and friendship! Welcome to our ever growing family of friends. I'm really happy you have decided to become friends of the WAKE UP - STOP CHILD ABUSE MySpace Music page. Just by adding us to your friends you have already demonstrated that you have a good heart and are willing to take a step towards ending the hidden suffering of so many.
We also dare to hope you will be able to persuade some of your other MySpace friends to join our just fight against child abuse by adding us to their friends too. The larger our family of friends becomes, the more people we will be able to reach and educate about this terrible ‘disease’ sweeping across the world which blights the lives of more children than you may imagine. Please take a moment to read some of the statistics on child abuse highlighted on our profile and within our blogs. I am sure you will be just as shocked and appalled as we are when you find out the full extent of this scourge.
The innocent children suffering such terrible abuse need all the help they can get. Increased awareness of this foul concealed crime will help to prevent more children living through the agonising torment which I was forced to experience.
I hope you have a great day and look forward to hearing from you soon with your views and comments on this important issue,
Do You Have A Vision? (3)Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled.Habakkuk 2:3 TLBWhen God gives you a vision - He also gives you the provision needed to fulfil it! Often He'll use something you already possess even though you don't know it, or think it's not equal to the challenge. Faced with feeding 5000 hungry people, the disciples felt totally inadequate. But Jesus said, "How many loaves do you have… Go and see" (Mark 6:38 NIV). God will open your Spiritual eyes to see what you already have - or what is within your reach. And when you recognise it, give it to Him and He will bless it, so it will be more than enough. The key to your success is found in the words "go and see".
Stop procrastinating, making excuses, feeling sorry for yourself, 'talking down' to yourself, or being intimidated by those who say you don't have what it takes. Listen to God! He has provided everything required to get you where you need to go. Paul writes, "Now glory be to God who by His mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of - infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes" (Ephesians 3:20 TLB). Notice the words "far more" and "His mighty power at work within us".
Look in the mirror and announce, "I am full of resources. God has given me everything I need to fulfil His plan for my life." This is not hype, pride, or mind-over-matter. It's faith speaking, it's faith connecting with God, it's faith tapping into the resources needed to do what God has called you to do! When U feel U Can't Do It , U R Wrong ! U Can Do "ALL" Things Thru Christ Who Gives/ Is Your Strength And Your Provider !! Never Give The Enemy The Glory Thru Disbelief.. God Will Show U Exactly Where U Need To Go And Where The Resourses Are , U R Strong In Our God & HIS POWER !! Patricia
