About me: We are building a movement for a Guaranteed National Health Insurance System--HR 676--in this country, quality healthcare for every human being. How do we do that? One person at a time, one organization, union, church, synagogue, mosque, community center, neighborhood at a time...
Who I'd like to meet: ...students, workers, teenagers, musicians, artists, gutter-punks, the business community, the press, the queer communities, the ethnic communities, the white middle class, the poor and destitute, the veterans, clergy, union leaders, AND members of Congress...
healthcare for all, regardless of citizenship status; for all who live, work in our communities.
DANKON PRO LA ALDONO! (thanks for the add! (in esperanto)) great site. let us create a network of social change for social justice across the corporate-owned myspace universe and connect in real time and real life in the struggle on the streets.

Hey everyone! I've been seeing a lot of presidential candidate slamming recently (to be expected i suppose). But I just wanted to remind everyone: be cautious of the information you see/hear, challenge it and research the "facts" yourself. Often times you'll find that statistics work in the favor of whoever may be using them, or that the "facts" are skewed to show a political situation in a different light. thanks.
Whats up? I found this site and thought i'd tell everyone, it shows you if anyone at school likes you. I dont know how it works but its really cool, it told me a couple different people who have crushes on me since gradeschool. You gotta try it!
What do you have planned in Florida? This bill needs to be in the media so people can hear about it. All state nurses' associations should sign on. Can you simplify why HCN is better than socialized medicine? Has Hillary endorsed HR 676? Why is she in your top friends above Kucinich?
Thanks for adding us. Your support is much appreciated.
What do you think of these newly discovered crime scene photos (viewed at Abu-Jamal-News.com)?
I have been personally contacting every media outlet I could find and still the mainstream media has completely ignored the story. Many independent media outlets have covered it, but the only independent outlet that has actually published one of the photos is the national Black newspaper, The SF Bay View (click here).
This is just the latest episode in a long history of corporate media bias (and arguably racism) towards Mumia and other political prisoners.
I urge everyone to SEE SiCKO if you haven't already. And if you are as shocked and mad as I was about our current healthcare system let’s do something! And check out Dennis Kucinich - he is the only candidate with a real plan for universal healthcare. All the other candidates are just talk on this issue! Vote Dennis Kucinich for President 2008!
New Hampshire For Health Care (www.nhforhealthcare.org) is uniting working families, small business owners, seniors, health care workers, community leaders, and policy makers to fight for affordable, quality health care that we can all count on. Health care reform must ensure:
• Quality health care for everyone with a choice of doctors and plans, without gaps in access or coverage; • Preventive care as part of any basic benefit plan that promotes health and eliminates economic and racial disparities; • Controlled costs by providing care that is cost-efficient and medically effective; and • Financing that is fair with responsibility shared by employers, individuals, and government.
Please add us as a friend, and then show the candidates that Health Care reform needs to be the top issue by signing up as a Health Care Voter today! And make sure you all tell your friends!
