Luke 23:44-46 - It was now about the sixth hour, and darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour, for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two. Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last.
9th Hour Mission
This is what it is all about. This is when it all happened - in the 9th Hour. Jesus accepted the punishment for all of our sins.
Born out of the praise band at Grace Community Church, members of 9th Hour wanted to take their God-inspired music and message to the street. 9th Hour has released a full CD of original music, recorded at Awe Struck Studios in Independence, MO. The project, entitled "Perfect Timing" was officially unveiled on July 1, 2006. One of the tracks on the project, "Life Abundant", was featured on the Christian Radio Weekly September 2006 I-Disc that was distributed nationwide to radio stations across the country!
Voted as the 2006 & 2007 KCCM "Contemporary Christian Artists of the Year", as well as the 2007 Acoustic Rock group of the year, 9th Hour has delivered it’s musical message to audiences of all ages at festivals, youth rallies, churches, coffeehouses and other community events. 9th Hour has had several songs that have faired well on the Indieheaven radio charts and has been featured repeatedly in Christian Radio Weekly’s Indie charts.

Dave - Looking forward to Christian Family Day. As I was packing for the trip back to KC, I had a thought concerning MySpace and a pet peeve of mine so I wanted to drop by and share it with you. What is with these people that leave a really long comment that seems to ramble on and on failing to make any rational point whatsoever; you can see them on nearly every page you visit. It may be possible that they have a great deal of time or simply enjoy typing. I can only assume that you dislike reading long messages as much as I do, let’s face it we both have a life to live beyond the imaginary walls of MySpace. Otherwise we would spend day in and day out typing our thoughts into little white boxes and clicking submit only to have to enter a cryptic code then wait for approval before the message is posted. Then when we come back to read what we wrote, we have to sift through other comments that somehow made it in before our comment. Without fail there will be at least one comment that goes on and on without end, rhyme or reason. At some point they seem to end with a random quote or trite phrase that I can only assume was intended to evoke reflection or thought. More often than not, it fails to hit the mark and leaves you wondering what in the world could they have possibly been thinking. In any case, I’m glad I got that off my chest. Let me leave you with one of my favorite quotes: “A wink is as good as a nod to a blind man” – Bawb(Fredrickson Hill)
We'd love to have you at one of the Feedback Conferences in 08'. Our next event is August 21-24 in Dallas, TX and spots are going quickly! Hope to see you there!!!
