For attractive lips, speak words of kindness... For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone... People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.
If you share this with another woman, something good will happen. You will boost another woman's self esteem, and she will know that you care about her.
Today, September 21 is the United Nations Day of Peace. The Day was established in 1981 by of the United Nations General Assembly to coincide with its opening session every September. The General Assembly in 2001 voted unanimously to fix observance of the Day on 21 September as a day of non-violence and ceasefire.
Think peace. Emit this peace outward from your within. Project thoughts of peace out unto the world. See the world as having peace. Have peace in your heart all day long and longer still. If just for this one day, have no negative thoughts at all. See yourself as being in peace and at peace. See your interior or exterior conflicts as resolved. See any interior or exterior conflicts of your brethren as resolved. See the worlds conflicts as resolved. See people as living in peace. Be Peace. Have peace .
