Lately I've been transitioning from my normal Moi Tai kick-Boxing form to a Conventional/Athletic Boxing positon.
The Bag I hit is a TKO 75 lb. Vinyl Heavy Bag for hard hitters.
I prefer to train with BARE FIST while i patent my new form, until I am comfortable enough to throw on the gloves.

yeah i know. i was just practicing footwork. i use a technique where i just drag my back feet if i want to move forward or drag my front feet if i want to move backwards so my feet is always on the ground
