it works extremely well. it clears brain fog and makes your senses super duper and i do mean DUPER sharp i swear. it takes away all your worries and emotions or greatly minimizes it like no other! i weigh exactly 146 now! and the more you do it, the less you crave food. but then again it's not for everyone. i've already had a set weight goal in mind which is 120-125. hope to see u guys in december!
