It all started with LIVE FROM IRAQ. But know, It's time for something new, something that I feel pushes the envelope even further. And though I've tried to talk myself out of making this next album... I could not. And though, these last 2 and a half years have had me ready to throw in the towel on music all together... I have not. Why? Because this is FOURTH QUARTER MUSIC... Not that bargain brand bullshit you can buy at the store... And, FOURTH QUARTER MUSIC is the TRUTH. So, it is the truth I must give.
Thus, the time has come for A.I. And much like LIVE FROM IRAQ, AI is also an unembellished reflection of an often times perceived reality, however, this time, the reflection is not of soldiers at war... This time, the reflection is of ALL PEOPLE, the world over... a reflection of our TRUE selves...
In comparison, LIVE FROM IRAQ was merely a stepping stone to this monumental release. Therefore, with AI, nothing and no one is safe... There will be no one whom I don't offend, nor will there be any punches pulled... Thus, there will be no stone left unturned and everything and everyone will be addressed.
Upon the release of this album I have said all that needed to be said and all that I am ever going to say and will say no more. I know there will be questions, and that is why over the next year after the release of this album we will release a series of video's that have been previously recorded to answer all of these questions... And there will also be published, a companion book to the album, available shortly after the release of the album. From this point on, the insurgency begins... and I will talk about nothing... rather, I will be about everything for which I stand. As should us all.
And, finally... before A.I. is released... I will release "SOLDIER MUSIC"... A compilation CD for and dedicated to some of the only people in the world I actually give 2 fucks about... SOLDIERS!!! (I've heard they don't exactly consider themselves "soldiers" per say... but when I say soldiers... I'm talkin' MARINES too). 100% of the proceeds from "SOLDIER MUSIC" will go to my non profit... four25dotORG.
