Perhaps you should have explained that to the audience. (smile) I agree it's a travesty that obtaining information and what meets the eye have come to mean more in many minds than intelligence and common sense. However, without the negative experiences you've had in these realms you discussed, you wouldn't have the knowledge to project an intelligent far-reaching definition like the one you propose. I have an artist realtime friend who calls what you call "drugs" "eye candy." There were 60s philosophers who called it "plastic." J -- Did already check your song out. Don't know what I think. Like the chorus. I know you think it's America that's on drugs, but what I think is that your America's on drugs. Mine isn't. I'm not ignoring the problem, just not having the problem. Yeah, we've had some trouble with the younger kids in the extended family (one got hooked on meth, had to get it back together to get her kid back; another was md. into the family & died of an overdose of pain killers; one got hooked on alcohol and is still fighting it). We had the same amount of problems in the last generation. I don't know what the answer is. Seems by now we would have it. Treatment only works if you are ready. If you're not, nothing works. What do you think the answers are?? I'm listening.
