My music choices vary depending on where I am. Slow peaceful sounds in my treatment room, hip hop with my 10 year old, metal with hubby (Buckcherry is a fav!), and bluegrass when Rhonda Vincent and the Rage are in for the Bluegrass Festival.
You Are A Poplar Tree
People tend to look up to you, and it's a bit lonely at the top.
Inside, you are not always self confident, but you show great courage.
Mature and organized, you are reliable in any situation.
You tend to have an artistic or philosophical outlook on life.
You are very choosy in love and take partnership seriously.
Anyone that knows me knows that there is usually a book in my hand, in my purse or by my bed. (Unless, of course, my husband has knocked it out of my hand, across the floor and into the other room--it happens to be his favorite game to watch me get out of bed and retrieve it, just to get to another page to have it "accidentally" happen again.)

I am a mom, wife and massage therapist in Western KY. Loving where I am and hoping to meet up with old friends and new, swapping stories and info with other like-minded people.
Massage therapy is my calling and I love being able to help people without feeling like I have to take them home and feed them. It is my form of "Social Work". I believe that in order for us to truly relax, we must first disengage our minds and let ourselves BE in our body. No phone, no stress, no unnecessary talking, no feeling that we have to entertain the others in the room--just BE.
I never quite understood what a "calling" was until it happened to me. Massage was a feeling and word that wouldn't let me alone. Other than an occasional backrub, I'd never had a massage before. I didn't know why suddenly I had this urge to learn, study and give of myself so that others could relax in my care.
Well, that was in 1999. I had a 2 year old daughter at the time and husband that had to GO. I packed up and left him, moving with my daughter back to good old Marshall Co., back in with my parents. I went to work in retail(with benefits) and started massage school.
I married a wonderful man in 2004 who told me that he knew I hated my retail job and that he would support us financially if I would only do what I was called to do. Sooo...I began massage therapy in earnest, thanks to the love of a truly wonderful man and a blessedly generous daughter who fills me with enough love to share with others!..
Who I'd like to meet: Old friends from home that have lost touch, lots of other massage therapists, and anybody with interesting things to contribute!
You are The Magician
Skill, wisdom, adaptation. Craft, cunning, depending on dignity.
Eleoquent and charismatic both verbally and in writing,
you are clever, witty, inventive and persuasive.
The Magician is the male power of creation, creation by willpower and desire. In that ancient sense, it is the ability to make things so just by speaking them aloud. Reflecting this is the fact that the Magician is represented by Mercury. He represents the gift of tongues, a smooth talker, a salesman. Also clever with the slight of hand and a medicine man - either a real doctor or someone trying to sell you snake oil.
Val, Yep that had to be a shocker, seeing Samwell in the bubbles like that! lol. That was from our Anniv. stay at a ritzy hotel in Florida. That's what happens when you put too much bubble bath in a jacuzzi tub! It was crazy with bubbles! But fun! Hope you all are doing well! :-) take care! Lisa Sammy Libby
