I am an honest plastic surgeon and as such probably constitute an endangered species. I have been serving as the "No BS Zone" of cosmetic surgery in the office and online for ten years.
This is a real profile not one of those "BS" click here things. I can actually talk about breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tuck, eyelid lift, and other cosmetic surgery operations because I do them. The number of sham profiles here on MySpace is really amazing.
