Crash was absolutely incredible!
Anything with Heath Ledger (except for Brokeback; UPDATE 2008: so sad he's gone; not sure if I'm going to watch Dark Knight, they say it's his best acting, but I don't like scary, evil stuff)
Orlando Bloom in anything, Johnny but only in Pirates,
Most of Adam Sandler's movies, though it's hard to choose between The Longest Yard, Wedding Singer and 50 First. He really proved his acting skill in Spanglish, but I was disappointed only because I expected a comedy.
Must Love Dogs was better than Rumour Has It. Why did the steers in Barnyard have udders?
I prefer romantic comedies, historical dramas, and the occasional raunchy vulgar comedy. Thus my affinity for Sandler flicks, he has the perfect balance of romantic raunchy comedies, especially with Drew Barrymore. I hope they make more films together.
Lord of the Rings, but only because I love the books. If I hadn't read the series so often, I wouldn't have understood the movies. I am anxious for The Hobbit and the Chronicles of Narnia.
I want to watch older classics, like those with Audrey Hepburn and Doris Day. Update 2008: still haven't watched much of these, if any

I tend to get addicted to General Hospital. I've been watching it since I was like five. I remember the episode where Robert and Anna were blown up on the boat, and I always knew that some day they would show up alive... and finally, it happened this year!
Other than that, documentaries, some modern history but mostly anything pre-19th century, my favorite being 5th to 18th centuries. Then, Animal Planet is a fav, I'm sorry Steve Irwin passed away. MythBusters is great, and my inner child craves Jimmy Neutron, but it's so rare to see a new episode.

Erma Bombeck
Madelaine L'Engle, C.S. Lewis, Tolkien... I believe I've read the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit series at least four times in the last decade, and the Chronicles of Narnia are always a quick, fun read. I used to be a book worm. Then I had kids. Now that they are older, I'm starting to read again.
Of course, the Bible is the ultimate book: romance, murder, suspense, mystery, knowledge, history, war, love, and a life guide to boot.

Then my mother, especially now that I am 1) not a teenager and 2) a mother, she is amazing to me, and I just want to hold her but I don't know how. Anyone who has been hurt by love, but loved again... especially if it's with the one that hurt them. Couples that stay married, despite all the odds. The soldiers that enlisted in the army after 9-11 (don't take me wrong, I appreciate ALL our country's fine military). People that admit they are wrong and try to fix it. Angie Heth and Gina Estes... if only I could be more like the two of you, the most incredible women I personally know. The world will probably never know you or appreciate you, and you probably don't realize the impact your acquaintance has made in my life, but God touched me through both of you.
