Juan Toledo, fundador de la banda temuquense Código IV, siempre ha dedicado un tiempo de su vida para generar temas para un repertorio propio, además de escribir para su banda y para una cantante en especial. Aprovechando estas instancias, Juan Toledo, desarrolló el nombre artístico de Heart Rocker para simbolizar su ideología musical denominada Rock del Corazón, el cual es el lema de su banda Código IV.
