About me: Come visit my website and blog at www.JRVogt.com
I have loved stories all my life, whether I'm reading them or writing them. I especially love those stories that take my mind beyond the normal world and into places where magic is real--where you can punch timecards alongside angels and get into a fender-bender with a demon. For some insane reason, I've dedicated myself to getting published, and at the same time am pursuing a career in the publishing industry itself (free books!). I also love to travel, and have been to Kenya, Israel, Germany, Turkey, England and Italy, with more trips to come when the planets of time and money are in proper alignment. I love God, my family and friends and I will keep on writing and traveling until I'm struck twice by lightning in the same spot on a cloudless day.
Who I'd like to meet: People with incurable bouts of the unique....you know who you are. Fellow writers and readers of speculative fiction, fantasy, science fiction, and those who love to chase their dreams.
Hello my amazing brother! how are you? haven't seen you since what...Wed? But how was boarding? We are gettin some major snow out here! talk to ya soon! Love you tons!
You know, it's strange. You got married and all of a sudden I don't hear from you anymore. Haven't even seen you on AIM/MSN (whichever you use...since I use Trillian it's hard for me to discern sometimes) in months.
So. How the hell are you?
Random bit of trivia for you: Sarah proposed to Jeremy. The wedding is set for mid-June '08.
Thanks for being part of my network on Myspace, Josh, and your interest in my novel. Please keep telling your friends about my book and the importance of space exploration. Amazon reviews are always greatly appreciated!
One is in the song by Norah Jones "Why I didnt come"
The second was in a James Patterson Novel... Cant remember which one but in the book he mentions the phrase "A bag of bones" while referring to an author who can not come up with ideas to finish a book.
It was great hanging out with you on Saturday. You were doing like that hike like it was second nature to you. I have to say, you are in better shape than I.
So your married now? Saw pictures of your wife and WOW is she beautiful. Good luck on getting your first book published and when it happens I would love to get an autographed copy!!! Good luck with everything Josh! You deserve it! Delta
