JOLLY ROX is an italian glam rock band, 3 members and an "8 ball" mabey the story of theese boys is some complicated,hard and full of enemys...but they're still living. everything started so... 2005- Joey zalla,vocals an' guitar, had to play on stage in a rock festival, but he had not a complete band. so, very few days before the event, Joey found what he has been searching for... a perfect drummer for a rockin' sound. you can immagine he was Brian Heavy.. the band was called "Wide Glide", 'couse they loved and still love the Harley Davidson motos. From the moment Joey heard him Brian was an official member of JOLLY ROX. they used a nice "Jolly Rogers" parody&rsquo as simble;, without a special reason, just couse they liked it... so, oneday, called ourselves with the simble name: "Jolly Rox",to wit the jolly of rock n' roll! they used an' still use another very incisive simble, the "8 ball". throught the time JOLLY ROX changed many musicians until found J.K. Dyvo (bass), perfect for the Jolly Rox stile! the band recorded a demotape called "Jolly Rox" in 2005, and one year after publiched an E.P.called "8 ball". The next album? "EVIL INSIDE" ON SALE NOW!!!
Jolly Rox ist eine italienische Glam Rock Band, bestehend aus drei Mitgliedern und einem 8-Ball als Symbol. Vielleicht ist die Geschichte der Jungs etwas kompliziert und hart – geprägt von Feinden .Aber trotz allem sind die Mitglieder der Band noch lebendig, gesund und vor allem motiviert.... Alles begann im Jahre 2005 : Joey Zalla, der Saenger und Gitarrist, sollte an einem Rock Festival spielen und natuerlich auf der Buehne auftreten. Nur leider fehlte ihm dazu die komplette Band. Also machte er sich auf die Suche und fand einige Tage vor dem Festival, was er schon immer gesucht hat : einen perfekten Schlagzeuger , der perfekt zu seinem Rock-Sound passte. Der Mann war Brian Heavy.da die Band-Mitglieder eine Vorliebe für Harley Davison Motorraeder hatten. Seit dieser Zeit war Brian offizielles Mitglied bei Jolly Rox. Sie benutzten als Symbol eine schoene Jolly Rogers Parodie,ohne einen besonderen Grund. Die Band war einfach nur begeistert davon. So entstand eines Tages der Name:JOLLY ROX. Er soll die heitere Stimmung des Rock'n'Roll repräsentieren. Heute noch benutzt „Jolly Rox“ ein einprägsames Symbol, den 8-Ball. Mit der Zeit wechselte die Band viele Musiker, bis sie auf JK Divo (Bass) stieß. Dieser passte perfekt zu dem Jolly Rox Stil! 2005 nahm „Jolly Rox“ ein Demotape namens "Jolly Rox" auf,und nach einem Jahr eine EP (8 ball). Das naechste Album "Evil Inside"...
