Whether it be binge-ing television shows, streaming sports or simply getting lost in a YouTube rabbit hole, I'm here to give you my top picks every Friday, as well as the perfect pairing to get into an optimal headspace for them.

This year will certainly go down as one of the most disappointing 365 days in modern history (unless you're a Cubs or Cavs fan). It took so many of our most beloved celebrities away from us that I can't help but think we're two weeks out from being wiped out completely as a species.
If you're reading this then we've made it further than I would have guessed.
So I'm going to do a quick recap of our biggest story that dominated the internet and pop culture before seeking some refuge in as many things I enjoyed about the last 12 months and try to fit as much as I can into this column as we all slowly sink into the frigid depths of our extinction.
